1. The data we collect

We collect only the data you provide voluntarily through the site forms:

• Service request form: your name, organization, email, mobile, the company and service type requested, a summary of your need, and the timeline and indicative budget if you entered them.
• Careers form: your personal and professional details, your answers to the qualitative questions, your CV, and your portfolio link if you added one.

We also collect aggregated, non identifying usage data (such as pages visited and scroll depth) in order to improve the site.

2. Purposes of processing

• Routing service requests to the right company inside the group and responding to them.
• Assessing job applications and communicating about them.
• Improving the performance of the site and the experience of using it.

We do not use your data for any marketing purpose you have not agreed to, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

3. Sharing of data

Your data may be shared internally with the relevant company in the group (Wosool Consulting, Tri Business Solutions, Takhleed, Najd Horizon) to the extent needed to respond to your request. We may also use technical service providers (hosting, email and analytics) who process the data on our behalf and under our instructions.

We do not disclose your data to any other external party except with your consent or in response to a legal obligation.

4. Retention period

We keep form data for 12 months from the date we receive it, after which it is deleted or made non identifying, unless a legal or contractual reason requires keeping it longer.

5. Your rights

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Request correction of any inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw your consent to processing at any time.

6. Data protection

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and attachments are stored in non public storage. We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access or disclosure. Even so, absolute security cannot be guaranteed for any transmission over the internet.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site uses local storage in your browser to temporarily keep what you enter in the forms so you do not lose it. That data stays on your device and never reaches us. We may use an analytics tool to measure site usage in aggregate.

8. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. An update takes effect from the date it is published on this page.
