Wosool Consulting, one of the Tri Group companies, provided its consulting services to Maknoon Association for Quran Memorization in Riyadh, within an integrated project aimed at strengthening the strategic direction of the association and supporting its ability to achieve its institutional and community goals.
The project began with preparing an integrated strategy for the association, based on a study of its institutional reality and an analysis of its direction, its needs and its future priorities. The collaboration then extended to designing a set of executive initiatives arising from the strategy, so that its targets are translated into practical programs and projects that can be implemented and measured.
Wosool also took on supervision of the strategy rollout and follow up on the progress of the initiatives, helping align executive work with the approved objectives and strengthening performance efficiency and the sustainability of impact.
Within the scope of the collaboration, Wosool prepared an integrated report documenting the visit of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him, to Maknoon Association, covering the main details of the visit, its themes and its outcomes, with a professional treatment reflecting the importance of the occasion and its impact.
